TO BETTER SERVE YOU, WE REQUEST WHERE POSSIBLE THAT YOU CALL AHEAD BY SEVERAL DAYS AND BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR VISITING OUR SALES DEPARTMENT.

We have clients that travel from all over North America to visit us and once they arrive at the Award facility the average time spent is generally a half day. We want to give you the attention to detail that you deserve and all the time you require to investigate the product. This request is in respect to the distance many of you travel.

We understand that some of our clients are unable to come during regular week day hours and this is why we will meet you by appointment on a Saturday. Please understand that we prefer to give our employees the weekends off so that they may spend quality time with their families. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

The second week of June of each year is our annual Award rally held in Dunnville. The Wednesday through Friday of this week requires a number of our staff to be off site. Our sales people will be with the Award owners who have traveled to enjoy the Rally. During these three days our hours of operation are speratic and our staffing level at the plant very limited, therefore we recommend that you avoid this week, unless you just want to visit to talk to Award owners who will be at the campground.
